Cadre Issue #3

Cadre Issue #3 Cover

In this issue the Cadre are thrust into battle against the incredible power of HADES as something evil escapes into the sewers of Empire City. And, a back-up story, we follow the twins (Skyfire and Thunderbolt) as they try on their new costumes.

Check out what Diamond Comic Distributors says about the Cadre: “No Golden Age retro camp. No obscure literary allusions. No ironic self-awareness. No mysteriously murky layouts. This is just a straightforward team comic with vivid characters, humorous dialogue, clean action art, cool powers and high-tech gizmos, and one of the more original supernatural villains around. It’s just the sort of saga that got you hooked on comics in the first place.”

Written by Mat Nastos, and art by Mat Nastos, Gabe Alberola and Rob Larsen.

“Cadre is a thrilling tale of danger and adventure. An edge-of-the-seat, can’t-put-it-down comic book with potential for classic status!”
