CADRE #1 REVIEWS:

“If you remember when the X-Men were great, or WILDCATS were fresh, then you’ll love THE CADRE!”
–Sebastian Piccione, Project Fanboy

“Cadre is magnificence in every sense of the word! This is a comic book that is impossible to put down! You will love the gorgeous artwork and you will love the dramatic heart pounding action! Cadre is a hit!”
–Paul Dale Roberts, Jazma Online

“If you’re into supes, jump in at this point. This group has a past, but so what? It’s time to move forward with this team of six. Here’s the sound bite, “Too good for small press.” The characters are engaging, and the story is very much a throwback to 70s – 80s era Marvel. ”
–Wade Busby, Dimestore Productions Review

“Three silver bullets!’
–Ray Tate, Silver Bullet Comics

I must say that it’s a fun super-hero romp. Great characters. Reminds me of 80′s X-Men or even Alpha Flight (a favorite of mine). Wait…there’s a dwarf, Native Americans, Twins, and a Sasquatch…just kidding about the Sas. So far he’s not around. There are similarities to those X-titles, but in a very good way. Actually, Cadre is more like the great X-Men stories than the current X-titles are…that’s saying something…I definitely recommend picking up Cadre where ever you can find it. I think you can order directly from the Nifty Comics website but I also saw some at local retailers. Definitely worth picking up.

CADRE #3 REVIEWS

The artwork is also superb and leaves nothing to the imagination. Cadre is a thrilling tale of danger and adventure. An edge-of-the-seat, can’t-put-it-down comic book with potential for classic status!
–Paul Dale Roberts, Jazma Online

Cadre is a well written, well drawn, superteam comic book that I think will continue to be a book worth checking out.
–AC Hall, Paperbackreader.com

Cadre embodies the classic structure and style of early X-Men tales and the like, but infuses them with a modern flare and feel. While implementing the elements of those classic stories, Nastos does so sparingly and not overbearingly. The dialogue is fresh and modern, and each character stands as an individual. There is no confusion of who is Thunderbolt, Skyfire, White Dwarf or the rest. Each have their own distinct views and personalities, which are highlighted throughout the story…This is just overall a great, fun team book the way team books were meant to be. I highly recommend this title!
–Brant Fowler, Comic Avalanche

ORIGINS OF THE CADRE #2 REVIEWS

Mat Nastos is a superb plotter and wordsmith. He chronicles the hopes and fears of his Cadre heroes in broad strokes and fine detail. Origins of the Cadre is viscerally exciting, an extended tense tour de force, an expertly crafted ornate suspense thriller! Did I mention that the artwork is exceptionally well done? I didn’t? Well, believe me it is!

BITE ME, FANBOY DVD REVIEWS

I liked it a lot!
–Bryan Deemer, Comic Geek Speak PodCast

Before you see Batman Begins, see Bite Me Fanboy first. Bite Me Fanboy will become a cult comic book classic!
–Paul Dale Roberts, Jazma Online

BMF is a flick by geeks, about geeks, for geeks, and it shows big time. There’s humor everyone laughs at, then there are the jokes only true geeks grasp… and then there’s the occasional joke where one guy in the back of the room is doubled over and everyone turns their head like.. “what the heck is a Super Skrull, and why is his leg on fire?” Genius.
–Stacy Davidson, Odyssee Pictures

Destined to become a cult classic, BITE ME, FANBOY is a textbook case of “run, don’t walk” if I ever saw one. Get a hold of a copy or all of the cool people will be laughing at you!
–Joshua Clarkson, Jetrag Monkey

Bite Me, Fanboy is the sort of comedy anyone can enjoy…
–Dexter Flowers, Broken Frontier

This film is definitely a Gem, packed with witty humor and a featuring a great soundtrack by Comic Book themed band Ookla The Mok. This one should be an automatic addition to every self respecting Fanboy’s DVD collection.
